Machines

We realize our products with a machine park consisting of:

• 4 CNC short turning machines up to 60 mm bore
• 6 CNC long turning machines up to 26 mm bore
• 2 curve controlled six-spindle machines up to 25 mm bore
• 2 curve driven single spindle machines up to 30 mm bore

All machines are equipped with fully automated supply of machining material resources. With this machine park, we can produce the most complex part with a large degree of automation. This result in production not only during normal daytime shifts, but also unmanned production in the evening and at night.

Our machining capacity in 2013 was:

• 75 tons of brass
• 35 tons 316 stainless steel
• 15 tons in other materials such as aluminum, copper, plastic and tooling steel
